Abstract: During archive management, there are always relevant graphic that textually integrate with the attribute information of stuffs such as digital photos, material objects, devices, school rolls, HR archives management and so on. Both the graphics and text will be displayed within the same window in order to satisfy the requirements for being viewed or recorded. However, the builtin record sheet of Excel and the normal general management system can not offer the function as discussed above. This paper probes into a method that can be used for acquiring the record interface with both graphics and text of digital photos based on the VBA of Excel.
